Information Security Officer (Baltic responsibility)

Main job tasks and responsibilities:

• Establishing and developing of company specific Information Security Management System (ISMS);
• Assisting other stakeholders from business departments for ISMS implementation and maintenance;
• Supporting IT department in improving of necessary IT security processes;
• Awareness raising and training of employees on topics related to information security;
• Providing ISMS related reporting to ERGO Group and company management;
• Leading cyber security maturity improvement program (in cooperation with IT department);
• Ensuring personal data protection processes in the scope of ISMS are in line with GDPR requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher;
• Excellent knowledge of English;
• Previous experience in areas of Information Security management, IT Security management or Personal Data Protections for at least 3-5 years;
• Deep understanding of GDPR and Information Security;
• Problem solving skills - both individually and through cross-functional teams;
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work proactively.
• Understand and discuss technical concepts and evaluate opportunistic ideas;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and positively influencing senior executives.
