When visiting a partner of ERGO health insurance, you will only have to pay the deductibles arising from the contract. If you apply to a medical institution that is not our partner, you will first pay for your treatment on site and then you can file a claim with ERGO.

*At cooperation partners marked with an asterisk, the deductible must be paid on site. In other institutions, be prepared that you may later receive an invoice from ERGO for the uninsured treatment service or part of the deductible.
