Please choose the medical institution that you consider the most suitable and reliable. When visiting a partner, you will only have to pay the cost-sharing portion arising from the contract. When registering for an appointment with a doctor, do not forget to mention that you have health insurance from ERGO. Always take along your identity document when visiting a doctor. If you are seeking care at a medical institution that is not one of our partners, you will have to pay for the treatment yourself and later submit a claim to ERGO. The costs of planned in-patient treatment must be coordinated with the insurer in advance. To do so, submit your medical history and the estimated cost of the treatment.
