Do your best to avoid further loss or damage. Report the event to a competent body – police, fire department, etc. Notify ERGO’s representative office as soon as reasonably practicable. File a written claim with the insurance company, on the basis of which the
claim will be handled and settled.

ERGO home assistance is just a phonecall away for the customers who have chosen the Maksi package.
Home Assistance always gives you advice and feedback, checks the damages and forwards the damage notice to ERGO.

Your claim report is sent to ERGO claims' processing department.
The notice will be forwarded to the claims handler. We hereby inform you that the time required for making decision is up to 10 working days following the receipt of all necessary documents and information. If necessary, we will contact you before making a decision.
