ERGO replacement car

If your motor vehicle has been rendered inoperable due to an insured event, and if you possess the corresponding insurance cover, ERGO will provide you with a free replacement vehicle following the registration of the loss event.

The replacement vehicle will be provided to you for the period when your own vehicle is being repaired. If your vehicle is inoperable, you will receive your replacement vehicle on the next business day following the registration of the loss event, at the latest. If your vehicle has been written off, we will provide you with a replacement vehicle until the compensation decision has been made. We do not offer replacement vehicles if the period required for repairing the vehicle is within one business day.

The replacement vehicle can be used rent free for up to 21 days.

The replacement vehicle can be picked up for free at the designated service centres in Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu, Rakvere, Viljandi, Jõhvi, Haapsalu and Kuressaare. For an additional fee, ERGO can have your replacement vehicle delivered to you at the agreed time.

Terms and conditions and restrictions on vehicle use and the price list of auxiliary services is available at the location of the commercial lessor.
