ERGO and Nordea have submitted application to Estonian FSA regarding transfer of management of ERGO pension funds to Nordea

Nordea have submitted application to Estonian Financial Supervision
Authority (FSA) regarding transfer of management of ERGO pension funds
to Nordea.
According to Investment Funds Act parties expect decision from FSA within 2 months. Nordea and ERGO assure that interests of clients will be protected during the transaction.In case positive decision is taken by FSA, more detailed information will be provided for clients and general public. Clients of ERGO pension funds will get personal notification regarding the change.
Nordea and ERGO will give more detailed info to the press after the decision by FSA.
